Pocket Forest is a privacy-first mental health companion app that helps you track your emotions, practice mindfulness, and build healthy habits through voice journaling, calming soundscapes, and a gamified garden experience.

Yes! Your privacy is our top priority. All your journal entries, voice recordings, and personal data stay on your device. We don't collect, store, or share your personal information with third parties.

Your Garden grows as you maintain your journaling streak. Each day you check in and journal, you water your virtual trees. Consistent journaling helps your trees grow, creating a beautiful forest that represents your mental wellness journey.

The Sanctuary is a calming space within the app where you can access soothing soundscapes (nature, rain, white noise, lofi), breathing exercises, grounding techniques, muscle relaxation guides, and gentle affirmations.

Simply tap the record button and speak your thoughts. Our AI companion, Panda, will provide supportive, encouraging feedback based on your entry. Your recordings are processed on-device and never uploaded to any server.

Pocket Forest offers a free tier with essential features. Premium features are available through an optional subscription that unlocks additional soundscapes, advanced insights, and more customization options.

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete your data at any time by going to Settings > Data Management > Delete All Data, or by simply uninstalling the app.

Pocket Forest is available for iPhone running iOS 15.0 or later. iPad support is coming soon.
