• Your personal thoughts or reflections
• Your usage patterns or habits within the app

• Your contacts or other personal information

3Information Stored On Your Device

The following information is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to our servers:

• Journal Entries: Text and voice recordings you create
• Mood Data: Your daily mood ratings and emotional check-ins
• Garden Progress: Your virtual garden growth and streak data
• App Preferences: Your settings and customization choices
• AI Feedback: Responses from Panda, our AI companion

4Limited Information We May Collect

We may collect minimal, anonymized information for app improvement:

• Crash Reports: Anonymous technical data if the app crashes, to help us fix bugs (no personal content is included)
• App Store Analytics: Basic download and update statistics provided by Apple (anonymized)
• Subscription Data: If you subscribe to premium features, payment is processed by Apple. We receive confirmation of subscription status but no payment details

5How AI Features Work

Our AI companion "Panda" provides supportive feedback on your journal entries. This processing happens on-device using Apple's Core ML technology. Your journal content is never sent to external servers or cloud services. The AI model runs locally on your iPhone, ensuring your thoughts remain completely private.

6Data Security

Your data is protected by your device's built-in security features, including encryption and biometric locks (Face ID/Touch ID) if enabled. Since data is stored only on your device, it benefits from Apple's robust iOS security architecture. We recommend keeping your device's operating system updated and using a strong passcode.

7Your Rights & Data Control

You have complete control over your data:

• Access: View all your data within the app at any time
• Export: Export your journal entries and data from Settings
• Delete: Delete individual entries or all data via Settings> Data Management
• Uninstall: Removing the app deletes all associated data from your device

8Children's Privacy

Pocket Forest is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@pocketforest.app.

9Third-Party Services

Pocket Forest does not integrate with third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only third-party involvement is Apple's App Store for distribution and payment processing, which is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
